Moshe Yeffet, son of Zeharia and Miriam, was born on March 19, 1936, in Jerusalem.

He went to "Tahkemony" elementary school and continued in the "Alliance" vocational school.

In 1952, he joined youth movement "Ha'Noar Ha'Oved" and settled in Kibbutz Palmachim.

He enlisted for military service in January 1955. After release from the army, Moshe returned to Palmachim.

In 1957, he married my cousin Levana, and they settled in Kibbutz Palmachim. They had five children.

Moshe fell while serving as a Reserve Soldier, on March 19, 1979. His vehicle ran over a mine in Sinai.
He was laid to rest in the cemetery at Kibbutz Palmahim.
